Jigar is an experienced litigator with unique international experience. He has advised businesses, individuals, and governmental bodies on complex disputes across sectors, in Courts and before arbitral tribunals in multiple jurisdictions.Jigar was called to the bar in Ontario, New York, India and, most recently in British Columbia.Jigar helps his clients to protect and operate their businesses in distressed situations and overcome their disputes. He is known for his critical-thinking abilities and his clients’ specific business objectives are his priority.Before transitioning to practice in Canada, Jigar worked in India and in the U.S., advising a wide range of local and international clients on their disputes.
